本章共五節(jié)。場地環(huán)境治理打造與國際先進理念和技術接軌的土地開發(fā)標準化示范項目，使國際技術結合上海的實際落地生根，兼顧經濟、社會和生態(tài)效益，為上海乃至全國創(chuàng)建“環(huán)境友好型、資源節(jié)約型”的城市化生態(tài)文明建設提供典范。

水的利用與處理開展區(qū)域防洪、雨水綜合利用、水環(huán)境保障等方面的技術研究，保障度假區(qū)水處理安全及資源利用，并提出因地制宜、技術可行、經濟合理的防汛標準提高技術體系。綠化技術全面應用于度假區(qū)建設過程中，嚴格、先進的技術理念為安全、美觀、環(huán)保、智能等各方面目標的實現奠定了基礎。

餐廚垃圾與綠化廢棄物處理實現兩類垃圾高效低碳、綠色環(huán)保的資源化處置與利用，突破傳統(tǒng)餐廚垃圾處置瓶頸，實現就地收運與處置，為傳統(tǒng)餐廚垃圾處理存在的問題提供了新的解決途徑。

環(huán)境景觀提升工程是為縮小度假區(qū)核心區(qū)內外環(huán)境面貌的落差而推進的“迎迪士尼樂園開園365天市容環(huán)境整治行動”相關工程，實現度假區(qū)核心區(qū)周邊環(huán)境整潔有序、設施完好規(guī)范、綠化面貌顯著提升。

This chapter has five sections. Site environment treatment becomes the demo project that applies land development standardization which meets international advanced concepts and technologies, enabling localized international technologies to take roots, taking into account the economic, societal and ecological benefits, providing examples of“eco-friendly and resources-conservative” urbanized ecological civilization endeavor for Shanghai and China.

Water utilization and treatment project involves technology research on regional flood prevention, comprehensive utilization of storm water, safeguarding water environment, which ensures the safe treatment of water and resources utilization and introduces flood prevention technology system which suits the local features, feasible and economically reasonable.Greenery technology has been extensively applied during the construction phase. Rigorous and advanced technology concepts have laid foundation for the realization of such goals as safety, aesthetics, environmental protection, and smartness etc.

Kitchen waste and greenery waste treatment have realized highly efficient, low-carbon, eco-friendly resources treatment and utilization, breaking the traditional bottleneck of kitchen waste treatment by localizing collection, transport and treatment, providing a new solution for kitchen waste treatment challenges.

Landscape improvement project includes such projects as “ 365 days Countdown to Disneyland Opening: Landscape Improvement” which aims to narrow the gap in landscape appearance between inside and outside of the core area of Resorts Zone and has actually created a clean, orderly surrounding area where the facilities are complete and standardized and greenery has been improved remarkably.
