        【摘要】:除代謝因素對毒物的作用存在影響外,機(jī)體組織器官對毒物的敏感性也與毒物作用的結(jié)果有關(guān)。例如,給雄性小鼠腹腔注射丙戊酸鈉按體重1 200mg/kg,發(fā)現(xiàn)在17:00注射時死亡率最高,09:00和01:00給藥時死亡率最低。藥動學(xué)研究未發(fā)現(xiàn)不同時間給藥血漿和腦組織內(nèi)丙戊酸濃度的變化。因此可以推斷丙戊酸的毒性節(jié)律是由于中樞神經(jīng)敏感性的變化所致。
