東塢山豆腐皮Dongwu Shan Sheets of Bean curd

東塢山豆腐皮素稱金衣，生產歷史已有千年，以上等黃豆和清澈山泉精制而成，是國內獨一無二的，品味鮮美、營養(yǎng)豐富，含高蛋白、低脂肪及多種人體所需微量元素，常食能長壽。1972年，美國前總統(tǒng)尼克松訪華來杭，品嘗了用東塢山豆腐皮制作的佳肴美饌后，贊不絕口。臨行，還買了這種富陽特產帶回美國。

Dongwu Shan is famous for its thin sheets of bean curd known as golden clothes which are made of beans and clear mountain spring with a long history of production of thousands of years.It is unique，delicious and nutritious.It contains high protein，low adipose，and many demanding trace elements of human body.If eaten for a long term，it can afford longevity.In 1972，when the former president of the USA Richard Nixon visited hangzhou，he spoke highly of the dishes made of Dongwu Shan Bean Curd.What’s more，he brought it back to America.

文臺粉條Wentai Vermicelli

相傳孫堅（孫權的父親，字文臺）17歲那年在錢塘打擊海賊時，天大旱，眾將士饑渴難耐。孫堅遂命居在山間的農戶準備糧食。農戶家貧，家中只有地瓜、粉條，便混在一起煮熟之后供孫堅和部下食用。眾人品嘗之下，覺得異常鮮美。此時，忽然風起云涌，頃刻大雨傾盆，大旱天氣頓減。自此，錢塘、富陽有食用粉條的習俗，以求風調雨順。

It is said that Sun Jian，Sun Quan’s father，also named Wentai，fought with pirates in Qiantang when he was seventeen years old.At that time，it was drought and soldiers were hungry.Sun Jian ordered farmers to prepare food.however，those poor farmers had nothing but sweet potatoes and vermicelli，so they mixed the two together.The soldiers felt it delicious.Suddenly，there came a storm which is great relief to the drought.From then on，it has become a custom in Qiantang and Fuyang to eat vermicelli in order to get a seasonable weather next year.

富陽冬筍Fuyang Winter Bamboo Shoot

富陽為浙江第二竹鄉(xiāng)，竹筍為一大特產。冬筍是竹筍之王，生在竹鞭上，潛伏地層，秋季發(fā)芽，冬季成筍。富陽冬筍具有殼薄肉嫩、切片不碎的優(yōu)點，做羹佐肴，味甲諸蔬，營養(yǎng)豐富，素享盛名，封建王朝列為貢品。

Fuyang is the second bamboo township in Zhejiang province and bamboo shoot is one of its special local products.As the Emperor of bamboo shoot，winter bamboo shoot is born in culm under the earth.It begins to sprout in autumn and form into shoot in winter.Fuyang Winter Bamboo Shoot has the characters of thin shell，delicate meat and not easily broken body.It is used to make soup which contains rich nutrition and regarded as tribute in feudalism dynasty.

半山桃子Banshan peach

新登鎮(zhèn)半山村自然風光秀美，沒有污染，土質優(yōu)良，盛產桃子。每年四月上旬，滿山桃花，燦若紅云。每年舉辦桃花節(jié)，吸引了不少四方賓朋，也打響了半山桃子的品牌，半山村已被列為杭州市都市農業(yè)示范園區(qū)。

The Banshan Village in Fuyang with beautiful natural scenery，no pollution and good soil quality produces a great deal of peaches.In early April every year，peach trees blossom as the red cloud，so the local people will hold peach Blossom Festival which attracts numerous tourists and also makes the branch name of Banshan peach famous.What’s more，Banshan Village has been listed as hangzhou urban agriculture demonstration zone.

龍羊白果Longyang White Nut

龍羊白果盛產于富陽龍羊地區(qū)，龍羊白果有銀杏、佛手、梅核三種。銀杏是白果中的上品，顆粒大；佛手，呈橄欖形，兩端尖，顆粒較大；梅核白果形圓似梅子核，顆粒較上兩種為小。

Born in Longyang region of Fuyang，Longyang White Nut has three sorts：ginkgo，fingered citron，plum core.Ginkgo is the upper class of white nut which is the biggest.Fingered citron has olive shape，pointed ends and bigger fruits.plum core white nut is round and like plum core.It has the smallest fruits.

白果肉軟滑甘甜，除含有淀粉、糖、蛋白質、脂肪外，還含有多種化合物，醫(yī)藥上常用于治療頭暈、喘咳、耳鳴等癥。油浸白果對肺結核病也有一定的療效。

White nut is soft and sweet，containing starch sugar，protein，adipose and various compounds.It is helpful in treating dizziness，asthmatic cough，etc.Oil-immersed ginkgo can contribute to curing tuberculosis.
