毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張癥（telangiectasia）又稱毛細(xì)血管瘤，是一些實(shí)性的小病灶，多發(fā)于腦橋，為大量的毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張，擴(kuò)張的毛細(xì)血管有許多微動(dòng)脈瘤樣改變，血管呈網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀交錯(cuò)，血管周圍為正常腦組織。如不出血，很少有臨床癥狀，青年人出血時(shí)應(yīng)想到此病。

【影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)】

1．CT　平掃表現(xiàn)正常或多發(fā)性出血，增強(qiáng)掃描時(shí)可見邊界不清的密度增高。

2．MRI　不同時(shí)期的多發(fā)性出血。平掃T2WI可見低信號，T1WI對比增強(qiáng)可有輕度強(qiáng)化。

3．DSA　可無異常表現(xiàn)。

【鑒別診斷】

毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張癥影像表現(xiàn)同海綿狀血管瘤相同，影像學(xué)檢查不能鑒別，鑒別診斷亦同。
