本章共四節(jié)。場(chǎng)地形成工程是大規(guī)模、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的地基處理工程，采用真空預(yù)壓法，使場(chǎng)地標(biāo)高、地基強(qiáng)度、沉降控制等方面達(dá)到一定控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以滿足后續(xù)建造期間和使用期間有足夠的安全度。

交通設(shè)施包括一期市政道路、公交樞紐、停車場(chǎng)、地鐵站等，建設(shè)規(guī)模充分考慮了園區(qū)的功能定位，在設(shè)計(jì)方面融入了園區(qū)整體景觀，使各類交通設(shè)施與園區(qū)環(huán)境相協(xié)調(diào)。

水系工程通過(guò)治理形成新的水系格局，增強(qiáng)了河道的引排和調(diào)蓄能力，減少水災(zāi)造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，改善區(qū)域環(huán)境。其他市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目包括高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的防汛排澇、統(tǒng)籌安排的水處理綜合利用和灌溉系統(tǒng)、能源中心的建設(shè)等，體現(xiàn)了高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建設(shè)水平。

This chapter has four sections. Site formation project is a large-scale, high-standard ground foundation treatment project, by using vacuum surcharging method, the site elevation, the intensity of foundation, the control of sedimentation and other parameters have all reached certain controlled standards so as to satisfy safety requirements in future construction and operation phase.

Transportation facilities include phase one municipal roads, public transportation hub, parking lots, subway stations etc. The construction scale has fully considered the function positioning of Resorts Zone so that all kinds of transport facilities are aligned with resort environment by integrating the overall resort landscape into design.

Water system has created a new water system network through treatment. The drainage and storage capacities of rivers have been enhanced, economic loss potentially caused by floods have been reduced and the regional environment has been improved.

Other municipal infrastructure projects include high-standard flood prevention and flood control, holistic water treatment and irrigation system, construction of CCHP, all displaying high construction level.
