清明節(jié)(通常是四月六號)或哀悼日是杭州人們?nèi)ナ薪紴槭湃サ挠H人掃墓的日子。這一習慣從宋朝的時候開始盛行,現(xiàn)在,掃墓的同時人們也順便去春游,杭州人會找一個風景秀麗的地方進行家庭聚餐。清明節(jié)的另一個風俗是吃清明團子,清明團子是由大米和艾葉做成的,里面塞滿了糖和甜的豆?jié){。這種綠色的像餃子一樣的東西會作為祭祀品之一,等祭祀完了也可以讓家庭成員享用。
Qingming Festival (traditionally in April 6th)or the day for mourning the dead sees hangzhounese go to the outskirts to sweep the graves while offering sacrifices there.This custom has prevailed since the Song Dynasty.At present,grave sweeping is normally followed by a spring outing.After offering sacrifices at graves,hangzhounese will find scenic spots as they like for a family picnic.It is another custom for the local people to eat Qingming Tuanzi (dumplings).Made of rice and artemisia leaves,they are stuffed with sugar or sweetened soybean milk.This kind of green dumplings,which are served as one of the sacrificial offerings for the dead,can be shared by family members after the sacrificial ceremony.
