Its uniqueness and differences in standards applied during construction not only display in “SHEILSS” management standards, but also include the application of BIM (building information model) in the integrated design of rides, facilities, shows, and the extensive introduction of FIDIC contractual terms in execution. Therefore, when reviewing and approving authorities focus on the construction process of Shanghai Disney Resort, they have made a concerted research to customize safety quality supervision system and methods of completion and acceptance inspection, which meets the requirement of rational supervision procedures, resolution of completion and acceptance inspection challenges, and governmental supervision accountabilities, so as to ensure this project to be concluded on schedule.
