卵巢腫瘤組織學(xué)分類
卵巢腫瘤組織學(xué)類型繁多，形態(tài)復(fù)雜，1973年WHO卵巢腫瘤組織學(xué)分類首次問世，對國際上統(tǒng)一卵巢腫瘤復(fù)雜而多樣化的名稱起了重要作用。1999年正式出版第2版WHO卵巢腫瘤組織學(xué)分類，增加了新的卵巢腫瘤和亞型，由Scully主編出版。2003年9月由TavassoliFA和Devileep主編的WHO腫瘤分類的《乳腺和女性生殖器官腫瘤的病理學(xué)和遺傳學(xué)》出版。這次新的卵巢腫瘤組織學(xué)分類與1999年的組織學(xué)分類內(nèi)容無重大改變，原表面上皮-間質(zhì)腫瘤中低度惡性腫瘤由交界性腫瘤代替，并將分類順序變?yōu)閻盒浴⒔唤缧院土夹?。另外，在新的分類中生殖?xì)胞腫瘤分類更加細(xì)化，而且將間皮腫瘤、來源不明和雜類腫瘤、非特異性軟組織腫瘤和妊娠滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞疾病一并歸納為雜類腫瘤（miscellaneous tumors）。現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)譯2003年版WHO卵巢腫瘤組織學(xué)分類。
