西湖龍井是我國的第一名茶，產(chǎn)于浙江杭州西湖的獅峰、龍井、五云山、虎跑一帶。因其產(chǎn)地不同，分為西湖龍井、錢塘龍井、越州龍井三種。

Longjing，or to be exact，West Lake Dragon Well，is the name of one of the best green teas in China.It only grows around the West Lake such as Shifeng，Longjing，Wuyun Mountain and hupao area，in hangzhou，while the other two Longjing producing areas are called the Qiantang area and the Yuezhou area respectively.

大部分的龍井茶都是由機(jī)器生產(chǎn)，但是最好的龍井茶是手工制作的，這樣做是為了保持龍井茶的色綠、香郁、味醇、形美這四大品質(zhì)。

The production of Most of Longjing tea is by machine，but the best Longjing is done by hand in order to preserve its traditional qualities：fresh green，aromatic，sweetish，flat and smooth in appearance.
